There are several plotholes-like why fe's using cash instead of a debit card, or why fe doesn't actively search for people with blood fetishes-which we the readers end up disregarding because this story is basically just a gag manga. I was honestly pretty happy with the plot twist in the final chapter because I wasn't really feeling the Disney-like trajectory that the story seemed to be on up to that point (though obviously Disney wouldn't include so much nudity or pseudo-gore in their stories). I also would've preferred if the solution to the problem moreso involved finding ways to cope with the nosebleeds rather than just having the nosebleeds stop occurring. I did feel like the vibe of the first few chapters-with its focus on casual, hook-up sex-didn't match very well with feir stated goal of finding feir "fated person," which seems to become much more of a focus after the fourth chapter (when fe turned away someone completely willing to have sex with fem despite the blood). The goal of the story is that Mako wants to be able to experience love and romantic relationships, but every time fe kisses or tries to have sex with a guy, feir nose will bleed and scare fem away. Examples would be: Masamune-kun’s Revenge Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches Dawn of the Witch.
Find more sounds like the goku menace one in the anime category page. Keep finding decent stories in anime, but the MC keeps ruining it for me where they’re useless, have a lack of confidence, and are oblivious until people spell it out for them. So, this is a comedy built around a 29-year-old woman who has a ridiculous problem: fe gets comically massive nosebleeds every time fe comes in contact with "dirty" things. Throughout the manga, we see brief flashbacks to advice Higari Mako's mother had given fem, which helps paint a picture of how feir germophobic disorder had first started. The goku menace meme sound belongs to the anime.
